Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Shiba Kingdom (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the relationship between the developer and users concerning use of the App.

2. In-app purchases

• The App offers consumable and non-consumable one-time purchases. It has no monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Product details and prices appear in the purchase screen and App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when confirmed.
• Non-consumable purchases can be restored using Restore Purchases. Consumables cannot be restored.
• Apple’s refund rules apply. Refund requests can be made at Report a Problem.

3. Game data

Bones, Golden Bones, Shibas, kingdom progress, and items are virtual game data. They cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another service, or transferred between users.

Progress may be lost because of device loss or failure, reset, deletion of the App or iCloud data, synchronization state, or other circumstances. The developer will work to correct defects where practical but cannot guarantee restoration of individual progress.

4. Advertising

The App may display optional rewarded ads. Ad content is supplied by advertising providers, and the developer does not guarantee products, services, or transactions offered by advertisers.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Violating laws or public order.
• Modifying or interfering with the App, save data, communications, or purchase processing to gain an unfair benefit.
• Copying, distributing, or selling App assets beyond what is permitted by law.
• Causing harm to the App, developer, or third parties.

You are welcome to post screenshots and videos for reviews, gameplay commentary, and personal impressions.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without a guarantee of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for losses caused by use or inability to use the App. Mandatory consumer protection laws continue to apply.

7. Changes and discontinuation

The developer may change game balance, features, item effects or availability, advertising methods, or discontinue the App when necessary.

8. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated when laws or App features change. Revised Terms take effect when posted here.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes are subject to the court having jurisdiction over the developer’s location.
