PRIVACY POLICY
Effective: August 22, 2026 / Updated: September 5, 2026
Shiba Kingdom (the “App”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the App handles and why.
No account registration is required, and the App does not ask for your name, address, or phone number. Game progress—including bones, Golden Bones, collected Shibas, kingdom progress, achievements, daily bonuses, play records, settings, and purchased items—is stored on your device. If iCloud is available, it is synchronized through your own iCloud Key-Value Store. The developer does not view this progress data.
If you use in-app support, the message, category, optional reply address, app and iOS versions, device type, language and region, and submission time are stored in Apple CloudKit. This information is used only to answer inquiries and improve the App. A reply address is optional. To request deletion of an inquiry, contact us with enough information to identify it.
The App lets you invite friends with a friend code. When you open Spread the Word in the plaza, and only if you are signed in to iCloud, a code is created for you and the following is stored in Apple CloudKit: the code and an identifier for its owner; and, when a referral is completed, the inviter's identifier and the completion time, along with the identifier Apple assigns to whoever created that record (the invited player).
These identifiers are values Apple assigns to an iCloud account for this App alone (CloudKit user record names). They contain no name, email address or Apple Account, and we cannot identify you from them. We use them only to grant referral rewards and to prevent self-referral, never for advertising or tracking. If you never open Spread the Word, none of this is stored.
The App uses Google AdMob to show optional rewarded ads. Google or its partners may process an advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, device and operating-system information, language, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostic information for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and measurement.
Where required, advertising choices are presented through Google User Messaging Platform. The App may also request iOS tracking permission. You can use the game without granting tracking permission and change it under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner sites or apps.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive payment-card details. StoreKit is used to verify purchase status. The App has no auto-renewable subscriptions.
If allowed, the App schedules local notifications for offline rewards or daily bonuses. You may also choose to share game results to services such as X; the selected service’s terms and privacy policy apply.
The App does not sell game progress or support messages. Information may be disclosed when required by law. Advertising data is handled as described in Section 4.
The App is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because in-app purchases are available, guardians may restrict purchases using iOS Screen Time.
Delete progress from Settings → Reset Data in the App. Deleting the App also removes local data. Synchronized data can be managed from iCloud storage settings. Contact us to request deletion of a support inquiry.
Referral records are not removed by Reset Data in the App, so that rewards cannot be claimed twice. Contact us to request their deletion.
Use the support page or email turtle467developer@gmail.com.
This policy may be updated when laws or App features change. Important changes will be posted on this page.
